Week 1

Mild redness and scabbing around the transplanted area. Completely normal and expected. Avoid sun, sweat and shampoo according to the home-care guide.

Weeks 2–3

Scabs fall off naturally. Transplanted hairs may shed — this is the "shock loss" phase and is part of the normal cycle. Donor area fully healed.

Months 1–3

Quiet phase. New hair is growing under the scalp but has not yet emerged. Most patients return to normal exercise and routines.

Months 4–6

New hair starts to emerge — fine and slightly textured at first. Density visibly improves week by week. First clear before/after photos.

Months 7–9

What happens if the result is not what I expected?
